Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 · Draft compliance template — pending formal legal review before go-live
This document is a structured starting point covering the standard clauses a SaaS analytics platform needs. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before STOXGEN accepts real users or payments.

1. Who we are

STOXGEN ("we", "us", "the platform") provides market data visualization, screening, and analytics tools for Indian equity and derivatives markets. We are not a broker, and we do not place, route, or execute trades on your behalf.

2. Educational purpose only

Every chart, screener result, signal, score, or analytics output on STOXGEN is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past performance shown anywhere on the platform does not guarantee future results. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst before making any investment decision.

3. Account & eligibility

4. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party broker APIs and is provided "as is". While we take reasonable steps to verify accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free, complete, or delivered without delay. Do not rely solely on this platform for time-sensitive trading decisions.

5. Acceptable use

6. Subscription & free access

STOXGEN currently offers full access to all features free of charge during its beta/launch period. Paid plans, when introduced, will be clearly communicated in advance with updated pricing terms — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOXGEN and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform or its data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms — see our Contact / Grievance Redressal page.
